Your host, Javier Peralta, inspired by his entrepreneurial upbringing, pursued Economics at University College London at 17. With an MBA from Manchester Business School, he led startups to remarkable growth: one from £1m to £11m in 5 years, another from £500K to £5m in 3 years.
Over 25+ years in international business, Javier excels in diverse cultures, fostering exponential growth. Passionate about empowering local businesses, he's also a Glasgow property investor and community contributor. Javier sees sports as a mirror to business conduct, embracing the maxim, "If you can quit the rat race, why stay in it?"
